I just submitted my first claim for an emergency vet visit for my 10 mo old pup and they were very fast with reimbursement and an explanation of my benefits. I adopted this puppy from our local humane society and they offered Rainwalk there on her adoption. My card was compromised & I forget to update it with Rainwalk. Emily reached out to me to let me know my payment didn't go through. Some companies would just let you lapse and even cancel the policy. Amazing customer service and very easy… Amazing customer service and very easy to submit claims. I purchased this insurance like many only hoping to use it in the near future for urgent health care for my newly adopted pet. But that quickly changed when she began to vomit blood. Took her to the vet and submitted a claim. Within 3 days my claim was approval and they covered 80% of the vet cost with the annual deductable savings me and my partner from a hefty bill and being able to keep our new kitty healthy.
