My experience with Rainwalk has been…very positive My experience with Rainwalk has been dramatically different than a prior pet insurance company. With a new puppy, we began using Rainwalk about 3 months ago. They have been prompt, responsive and clear in their communication. Submittal of claims is easy with the app and decisions are communicated in a matter of days (not weeks as I had previously experienced). I also have taken advantage of the online vet and found that to be very helpful.

I purchased this insurance like many only hoping to use it in the near future for urgent health care for my newly adopted pet. But that quickly changed when she began to vomit blood. Took her to the vet and submitted a claim.
