GBA great experience I cannot say enough good things about this insurance company. When I took the policy out I assumed I probably wouldn't use it in the near future because we adopted a healthy young pup but I was wrong. Our pup got hold of some medicine that required emergency medical attention including an overnight at the vet. Our claim was processed immediately and the money was in our account in less than 5 days. No problems whatsoever. Very pleased - and happy to report our pup is healthy and happy again- thank goodness!

GBThank you for caring, Rainwalk Team! The Rainwalk team is so supportive and caring and helped me through a difficult time diagnosing what was going on with my newly adopted rescue cat. My claims were processed in a timely manner, and they provided education on what was covered and what was not covered by my plan each time. I'm grateful for all that they have done to support Gir and my family and am happy to say that our cat is healthy and happy now. Thank you!

GBI Love Rainwalk!!! Lighting fast claims review and amazing customer service. How many insurance companies would reach out personally because of a problem with your payment method? My card was compromised & I forget to update it with Rainwalk. Emily reached out to me to let me know my payment didn't go through. Some companies would just let you lapse and even cancel the policy. Thank you Rainwalk!!! 💖🐶🐾

GBBIG RED FLAGS! I signed up for a plan for a new puppy and experienced no issues. Upon also adopting another puppy from the same litter, I wanted to add that pup to the policy as well. While attempting to add the 2nd pup to the policy, the site told me that Rainwalk currently did NOT provide service in my area! Of course I immediately called to verify that I indeed had a valid policy for pup #1 that I had paid for (made an annual payment vs monthly.) The representative was unable to verify if my policy was valid or if there was a problem with the website and stated someone would call me within 24 hours with help. Nobody called. Instead I received an email that the company would notify me when services were available in my area. WHAT ABOUT THE POLICY I ALREADY PURCHASED?! No answers. I have called repeatedly for days and each time told that someone would call me back for follow-up. Still nothing. With such poor customer service (as well as not knowing if I paid hundreds of dollars for an invalid policy) I decided to cancel with this company and take my business elsewhere where customer service is actual customer service. With this much trouble trying to obtain a policy how much trouble/headache would there be when attempting to file an actual claim? When I called to cancel, yet again I was told they would forward my request to the cancellation department and someone would call me. They REFUSED to send me an email confirmation of policy cancellation. BIG RED FLAGS!!!

GBAmazing customer service and very easy… Amazing customer service and very easy to submit claims. I purchased this insurance like many only hoping to use it in the near future for urgent health care for my newly adopted pet. But that quickly changed when she began to vomit blood. Took her to the vet and submitted a claim. Within 3 days my claim was approval and they covered 80% of the vet cost with the annual deductable savings me and my partner from a hefty bill and being able to keep our new kitty healthy. Extremely grateful for Rainwalk pet insurance
