GBI went for immunization injections I went for immunization injections, and the doctor have me went through some blood test. Actually, I have confirmed with my doctor about insurance benefits, however I was not aware that those tests have been processed with another separate lab and it turned out not being covered because some code reason. So I contacted Student Medicover about my denied claim and one of their representatives has been really helpful and truly helped me contact a 3-way communication with lab and hospital and it ends up to be covered for 90%. Really appreciated.

GBI started using Student Medicover… I started using Student Medicover insurance when I was in college. Luckily, I made right choice!!! I will never forget how the customer service representative Kevin helped me when I was in a medical emergency. The service that Student Medicover provided was more than an insurance agency. I really appreciate their work and help for us international students, who had known nothing about insurance in the United States. I will definitely suggest insurance to my friends.

GBI just renewed my insurance plan today… I just renewed my insurance plan today and I am kinda curious about Student Medicover's reviews. But I am like super surprised by those negative reviews here and on Weibo since they are totally not true. I wonder if they just offend any other company's benefit or what. They really deserve much more good reviews. I've been enrolling their plan for like three years so far. These days they started to waive member cost-sharing for both the testing and treatment of COVID-19, so I renewed my plan again, just in case, even through I am in my OPT period. In these three years, they've been super helpful and supportive. I could even find them at 3 AM, and always got what I needed to know. They helped me to confirm that my plan meets my school's (BU) requirements before my purchase. They helped me to choose the correct plan within the right period so I could waive successfully. I don't know why people say that the number is unreachable and they don't care if the product fit school's requirements or not. They always answer my calls and WeChat messages in a timely manner. I see myself like a super active customer since I got a long-term ankle problem, and I asked many questions within these three years through their customer service number and their WeChat account. They always communicate in a very nice attitude and help me solving problems logically. I may not able to buy their products again since my F-1 status will be changed soon. But I think I am able to say something true and leave a review that they really deserve for them.
