GBMedicare Expert Agents! My representative Lakeysha Martinez is a glorified expert on Medicare! She is intelligent and unrelenting about finding the right coverage to fit my needs. Unfortunately, I had to change plans based on incorrect disability benefits information and we had to start from the beginning and Ms. Martinez was a delight to work with. She knows what to look for and what works with the amount of doctors I see. What I deem most important, her ability to instill confidence in myself knowing that I have chosen the best policy for me! I can’t believe how quickly she responds to voicemail and how pleasant she is to speak with. She isn’t satisfied until the customer is happy. She’s beyond flexible in her work schedule and never once hurried me into a panic. I fully understand my situation and Ms. Martinez found a policy that is perfect. I wasn’t under any pressure and instead was quite pleased with discovering how much Ms. Martinez knows about insurance and all of the pitfalls. She is a superstar in my opinion and I couldn’t be more excited about knowing we did our research together and properly selected a plan. I thank Ms. Martinez everyday (in my prayers) for being so kind and supportive of my decision. I highly recommend this agency.

GBI called your company for help and got help! I called your company for help and got that help from Judy Bonham. She explained every thing and every question my wife and I had.... She processed our application and today our new Aetna policy will go into effect on the the 1st day of April as requested and needed.

GBYour staff developed a program for me… Your staff developed a program for me with a time frame. The starting date was Feb 4. The prescription part was not included because I have VA prescription benefits. I have spent literally hours on the phone with your staffs and now I’m told that the program application is being denied and can’t be renewed until October. Your company/program appears to be very negative and, at this point, gets nothing positive from me.

GBHolly Perret was awesome Holly Perret was awesome. She was very friendly and explained things in such layman’s terms that it was so easy to follow what she was saying. She looked for the best plan available to suit my needs, and she certainly found it. There should be more people like her in the business.
