GBWhen I signed up with you When I signed up with you, I was under the assumption that my thing with you was zero copay, but I noticed that I now have to pay just under $50 a month. When the lady went through her talk about everything, there was NEVER any mention about the extra $50. I only heard zero copay through her total talk, ever!, and I don't know what to do about that! That's about it.

GBThey told me about the extra benefits…in Medicaid. They told me about the extra benefits that I would receive in Medicaid. Explained everything so I could easily understand what was occurring.

She was very thorough with my needs and my medical plan. Answering all of my questions in great detail. I appreciate her so much.

GBYour staff developed a program for me… Your staff developed a program for me with a time frame. The starting date was Feb 4. The prescription part was not included because I have VA prescription benefits. I have spent literally hours on the phone with your staffs and now I’m told that the program application is being denied and can’t be renewed until October. Your company/program appears to be very negative and, at this point, gets nothing positive from me.
