Your staff developed a program for me… Your staff developed a program for me with a time frame. The starting date was Feb 4. The prescription part was not included because I have VA prescription benefits. I have spent literally hours on the phone with your staffs and now I’m told that the program application is being denied and can’t be renewed until October. Your company/program appears to be very negative and, at this point, gets nothing positive from me.

They told me about the extra benefits…in Medicaid. They told me about the extra benefits that I would receive in Medicaid. Explained everything so I could easily understand what was occurring.
