Tears of joy!!! In speaking with Everett Burnett @trust pilot I felt very comfortable with how he presented everything to me. I wanted to listen to him and knew with everything he said that it was truthful and going to help me in so many ways. I am so happy that I listened and he listened to me and we were able to possibly change how I will be living from month to month now that he has put me on the Humana honor plan. Take your BUSINESS some where else! If they contact you, please do not give them a chance. They brokered me and my wife into buying insurance. We bought it. They called us to get us a better deal thru another insurance. We fell for it. They didnt help us cancel the first insurance company (pacific life). They didnt send us paperwork for the new insurance company (Americo). We called them a million times. No ones answers. No call backs no matter how many times you ask for them. Two insurance companies are taking premiums and we cant cancel. When we call the insurance companies, they tell us to contact our agents/underwriters/producers. Our underwriters/producers are Health IQ. What a business!

My agent was very helpful as he help me get everything I needed. My agent was very helpful as he help me get the most I could get and kept letting me know I would be out of pocket 0 dollars as I had bad experience with another agency. But I’m waiting on all my paperwork as I choose to get it by mail to read up on everything. Looking forward to seeing everything come together as it goes in effect January 1

The process was easy and relatively quick Parrish’s made the process easy and as quick as possible. I was able to stay with my same company and she found more benefits for me that I wasn’t aware of and was able to switch plans so my benefits were maximized. I will be switching my partners health plan also. Thank you Ms Latrisha for all your help!
