My agent was very helpful as he help me get the most I could get and kept letting me know I would be out of pocket 0 dollars as I had bad experience with another agency. GBTake your BUSINESS some where else! If they contact you, please do not give them a chance. They brokered me and my wife into buying insurance. We bought it. They called us to get us a better deal thru another insurance. We fell for it. They didnt help us cancel the first insurance company (pacific life). They didnt send us paperwork for the new insurance company (Americo). We called them a million times. No ones answers. No call backs no matter how many times you ask for them. Two insurance companies are taking premiums and we cant cancel. When we call the insurance companies, they tell us to contact our agents/underwriters/producers. Our underwriters/producers are Health IQ. What a business!

GBSCAM SCAM SCAM This company is a scam they take your money every month and sell you a policy that is just a discounted rate for Doctor visits. 315 a month for this when you call they lie about what the actual coverage is when you ask to speak to a supervisor they laugh in your face and tell you to f yourself yes this is truly what happened they hide behind unified claims and multiplan you must sellect limited benefits to see who is in your network to get your discount now I am left with $27,000 dollars worth of medical bills Owner does not care and laughs all the way to the bank they only let you speak to customer service once you are enrolled I was lucky and saved the number of the person I bought from says she is sorry and is going to quit working there now that she knows it is a scam
