GBValerie was very helpful in my decision… Valerie was very helpful in my decision to use Gentene Corp as my insurance provider. Its hard to trust someone over the phone telling you about insurances and hoping after you have chosen that it will work for you. Valerie help ease my mind by being extremely knowledgeable about the different products that are included in the package I chose.

GBTake your BUSINESS some where else! If they contact you, please do not give them a chance. They brokered me and my wife into buying insurance. We bought it. They called us to get us a better deal thru another insurance. We fell for it. They didnt help us cancel the first insurance company (pacific life). They didnt send us paperwork for the new insurance company (Americo). We called them a million times. No ones answers. No call backs no matter how many times you ask for them. Two insurance companies are taking premiums and we cant cancel. When we call the insurance companies, they tell us to contact our agents/underwriters/producers. Our underwriters/producers are Health IQ. What a business!

GBI was so Grateful! I was so grateful that the universe dropped this company into my path. Being new to the system I was lost totally and running out of time to get my medical accounts set up and I found this company, or they found me. The person I was speaking with was very kind and courteous. Took her time. Explained everything to me was very helpful. Unfortunately, I do not have her name at this time, but if you look up on your phone calls logs and find my name, I would recommend that person who was on the other end of the phone get a raise, a bonus, and a gold star.
