Easy to understand insurance Adriana Gomez at Trusted Senior Specialists did a great job of guiding me through the insurance maze when I retired 4 years ago. I feel she is there when I have any questions. I have sent several friends to her. Highly recommended.

I had tried several times to reach them… I had tried several times to reach them and held forever to speak to a person. Left messages and my return calls came in while at work . Got disconnected several times and just gave up.

No Enrollment Nightmare for Me Could not deal with Medicare enrollment and annual updates without Trusted Senior Specialists. Have used them to help me navigate painlessly each year since initial enrollment, four years ago. I have the same specialist that I call direct. Nice to work with someone that is familiar to you. I have referred several friends that have also been "returning customers." Great service. Great staff!

Carmelita McMillan is the person that… Carmelita McMillan is the person that signed me up for my Medicare. I honestly don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for her, she went out of her way to help me, she was super nice, she made sure I understood everything!!! She's an exceptional person and if I had to do it all over again I would choose her again and again!! I would recommend her to my own mother if my mother was alive and had to sign up for Medicare, I do have some family that will have to sign up in a few year's and I most definitely will recommend her to them!!! Carmelita McMillan is such an awesome lady!!!!

I give 5 stars because the person I… I give 5 stars because the person I spoke with was nice, helpful and had great patience. When I didn't understand she helped me to understand and I never felt I asked a stupid question. Some people can make us Seniors feel that way. Her name was Narvaj and I hope she gets a raise.
