When I didn't understand she helped me to understand and I never felt I asked a stupid question. Some people can make us Seniors feel that way. Her name was Narvaj and I hope she gets a raise. Also I like how follow ups are done. Keep up the good work we Seniors need more people like Trusted Senior Specialists. God bless you.❤

Go elsewhere Slow, inefficient, and not well informed. My wife called the same agent a few days later and got a snide remark about me. Not only that, but she, the agent, seemed to be uninterested in helping my wife. That is odd because both of us have dealt with that agent before and been satisfied. While I'm at it I'll mention that the entire process is ridiculously long and cumbersome, apparently designed to deal with slow children, not adults. Next time we will try another service.

She is always willing to check out different health and prescription plans, but we always keep the ones we have which she helped us with in the very beginning.
