I had tried several times to reach them… I had tried several times to reach them and held forever to speak to a person. Left messages and my return calls came in while at work . Got disconnected several times and just gave up.

When I didn't understand she helped me to understand and I never felt I asked a stupid question. Some people can make us Seniors feel that way. Her name was Narvaj and I hope she gets a raise. They did not help me in any way with… They did not help me in any way with anything. ONLY thing they did was disturb me. I like my current plan with Cigna, have no intentions fo changing, and wish to Heaven you fools would stop calling me for "help" I do not want need or get...........

I cannot say enough good things about… I cannot say enough good things about Trusted Senior Specialists (TSS) and especially Samera Godil. She is very knowledgable, gave me the pros and cons of some plans I was thinking of and we chose the plan which suited my requirements. The front desk also was very prompt in connecting me with Samera. I would recommend TSS to anyone looking for Medicare Health Plans.
