Easy to understand insurance Adriana Gomez at Trusted Senior Specialists did a great job of guiding me through the insurance maze when I retired 4 years ago. I feel she is there when I have any questions. I have sent several friends to her. Highly recommended.

They did not help me in any way with… They did not help me in any way with anything. ONLY thing they did was disturb me. I like my current plan with Cigna, have no intentions fo changing, and wish to Heaven you fools would stop calling me for "help" I do not want need or get...........

There were so many questions and… There were so many questions and choices for me to decide. Thanks to Trusted Senior Specialists (TSS) and especially agent, Samera Godil, who helped me steer through all the details of different plans and finally I am a very happy customer. I would whole heartedly recommend TSS and Samera for any insurance needs.

Go elsewhere Slow, inefficient, and not well informed. My wife called the same agent a few days later and got a snide remark about me. Not only that, but she, the agent, seemed to be uninterested in helping my wife. That is odd because both of us have dealt with that agent before and been satisfied. While I'm at it I'll mention that the entire process is ridiculously long and cumbersome, apparently designed to deal with slow children, not adults. Next time we will try another service.
