I had tried several times to reach them… I had tried several times to reach them and held forever to speak to a person. Left messages and my return calls came in while at work . Got disconnected several times and just gave up.

Farah has done a great job guiding me… Farah has done a great job guiding me through the complexities of the Medicare system.She got me started last year with a plan that suited me perfectly. I spoke with her a few weeks ago, and after our discussion, and review of my plan, I decided to keep things as they are as her recommendations suit me just fine. They did not help me in any way with… They did not help me in any way with anything. ONLY thing they did was disturb me. I like my current plan with Cigna, have no intentions fo changing, and wish to Heaven you fools would stop calling me for "help" I do not want need or get...........

Easy to understand insurance Adriana Gomez at Trusted Senior Specialists did a great job of guiding me through the insurance maze when I retired 4 years ago. I feel she is there when I have any questions. I have sent several friends to her. Highly recommended.
