After hearing from friends that are also clients of Chelsea Goin that you sent out an email to Chelsea’s clients (Chelsea helped me find the right policy for my needs in 2023 that I am pleased with and still have) throwing her under the bus, besmirching her reputation by spewing your untruths, and Chelsea not being given a platform to defend herself, I find your behavior malicious, dishonest, and EXTREMELY unprofessional. Of all the insurance agents I have dealt with, both in business and personally, Chelsea is the most professional, knowledgeable, and above all, the most honest insurance agent I have ever met. Her integrity is rare and is to be admired. She has only had my best interest as her client as her top concern. It is disgusting the way you have treated her. This email is not being written in an emotional state, but rather in a mature, calm one. As a result of your repulsive behavior, remove my contact information from your files.

Laura is the BEST Laura is extremely knowledgeable and presented me with a plan with the same coverage at a much lower cost. Living on a fixed income, you have to watch where every nickel goes and to be able to save money along the way is a definite bonus. I highly recommend her to anyone on medicare or especially just now signing up.

She finally told me that she had never done this type of transaction before so when she called you for your help I knew something was not right, so in our three-way conversation, she told Chelsea Goin how to handle this , it’s still did not work, so I was turned over to Laura at that point and Laura straightened it all out and got me in the program that I needed and on time. I have never been so stressed out , dealing with Chelsea Goin had me on the edge. If you have too much on your plate, turn it over to someone else and let them handle it because this was so handled in a way that my stress level was over the moon. If not for Laura Camacho this would not have gotten done in a timely manner. Once Laura took over & we did A 3 way call with Cigna , the problems were al fixed.
