Laura Camacho EXTREMELY professional and knowledgeable! Laura has been helping us for several years now to select the best possible supplemental and prescription coverage for us. She is extremely knowledgeable and is very good at explaining it all. She does so in a timely manner, making sure that we don’t miss any deadlines. She works hard for her clients, many times in the evenings and weekends to assure that her clients have the best care. We have worked with other agents in the past, and can honestly say that Laura is the best. I highly RECOMMEND her for your insurance needs.

Appalled at the two - One Star Ratings I am one of the many complaints Laura received about Chelsea Goin. I've been with Laura for many years now & never had any problems until she hired Chelsea. Because of Chelsea I was nearly in financial ruins. I trusted & liked Chelsea. If it weren't for the quick thinking & long hours on the phone with Laura to straighten up the situation, I would have lost everything. Laura has been nothing but professional & caring to all her clients. I also received the email Laura sent & it said nothing derogatory about Chelsea. So for those two - one Star ratings for Laura I say, you two are appalling! You aren't even Laura's clients! So back off you two old biddies. You two didn't even have any experience with Laura, so you should not be rating her for having to let Chelsea go. That is none of anyone's business except Laura & Chelsea.

I’m very disgusted with Laura Camacho I’m very disgusted with Laura Camacho. I received an email saying she fired my agent, that was extremely unprofessional. Having spent my career in the corporate world I know a company should NEVER send out details & names & accuse the person who they let go of all kinds of negative things to clients. I wrote a short note letting her know of my disappointment & she doubled down with even more negativity & accusations. In fact I received a 3rd email attacking me for expressing my displeasure & I had to firmly tell her to stop contacting me! Each email was nastier than the last, naming my agent & accusing her of all kinds of malpractice. (While trying to say she liked her.. I’d hate to see what she says about people she doesn’t like) The level of unprofessionalism, revenge, & nastiness was over the top & by tripling down on it I was afraid of what she might do to me or my account as revenge. I do not recommend working with someone who behaves this way. I’m sure she’ll respond to this review exactly as I described above.

Laura Camacho Laura Camacho is very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and easy to talk with about enrolling in Medicare. Choosing on your own can be overwhelming, Laura gave me the understanding I needed to be confidence of my choices. I would highly recommend her.
