She finally told me that she had never done this type of transaction before so when she called you for your help I knew something was not right, so in our three-way conversation, she told Chelsea Goin how to handle this , it’s still did not work, so I was turned over to Laura at that point and Laura straightened it all out and got me in the program that I needed and on time. I have never been so stressed out , dealing with Chelsea Goin had me on the edge. If you have too much on your plate, turn it over to someone else and let them handle it because this was so handled in a way that my stress level was over the moon. They walk you through every detail, make comparisons and even register you into the plans. As most people, we always had insurance via our employer and never had to worry about the plans. Then retirement and you are left on your own to figure it out and sometimes it is very costly.
