When I signed up for the Gap plan 17 months ago, the person that helped me with my needs was very knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and helpful. He answered all my questions and helped me pick the right plan for the time. I would recommend them for any Insurance issues.

GBI went to the Americo website to get a quote for a Medicare Supplement. I went to the Americo website to get a quote. I was impressed that it was one of only 3 companies, out of about 40 that gave a quote online. Within minutes of agreeing to receive a call from an agent, I got a call from a very knowledgeable and efficient agent, Jacob Kerns. I was happy with the telephone interview and question/answer process to get enrolled.

GBI'm so irriated with this company I'm so irriated with this company. When you go to speak to someone about a situation they give you the run around. I have questions about my Roth IRA and I cant seem to get anyone one the phone. I really done with and just want to invest my money else where.
