Health Insurance upgrade for 2021 Deciding on health insurance has never been so delightful. Josh Hafenstine made the whole process so easy to understand and enlightening! Josh is very knowledgeable about the types of health insurance that are available and able to explain the differences in such a clear, truthful manner. Great Knowledgeable, Helpful Service My last call was to cancel my Medicare Gap plan. I'm going with a local Advantage plan. The person I spoke to was very polite, efficient, and helpful. When I signed up for the Gap plan 17 months ago, the person that helped me with my needs was very knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and helpful. He answered all my questions and helped me pick the right plan for the time. I would recommend them for any Insurance issues.

Americo is a great, long standing company. Americo is a company that has been in business for many years. It is a company that has good products, is knowledgeable and can be trusted. The person who assisted me with my Medicare Supplement purchase was very knowledgeable and patient when answering my questions. He spent time helping me make good decisions, especially with the RX portion.

A better agent...? Mr. Keaton Johnson was prompt with his replies, succinct with his answers, generous with his explanations, and cognizant of my time constraints. Your agent provided incredible attention to detail and to questions from a prospective client (and subsequent enrolled client). Although I posed unusual and never presented queries, Mr, K. Johnson always replied within the time frame he projected; and each time, relayed the data I needed to make a decision (that will impact me for the next 30 years or so).
