Within minutes of agreeing to receive a call from an agent, I got a call from a very knowledgeable and efficient agent, Jacob Kerns. I was happy with the telephone interview and question/answer process to get enrolled.

Listening is a Valuable Skill The two representatives that I spoke to came across as very knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. I had an idea of what Plan I wanted to change to and why, and they provided support for my idea and eventual decision. The new plan was within my budget and provided more coverage than my old plan. When they said a specific person would contact me within a certain period of time it happened. I wasn't left to track anyone down by phone or email. The reason I didn't rate it as 5 stars was that some of the information they needed for the policy required them to read several long-winded questions which were read too fast for me to follow. However, they gladly repeated the questions slower the second time. Overall, I left the encounter feeling valued as a client.

Health Insurance upgrade for 2021 Deciding on health insurance has never been so delightful. Josh Hafenstine made the whole process so easy to understand and enlightening! Josh is very knowledgeable about the types of health insurance that are available and able to explain the differences in such a clear, truthful manner. I’m glad he took the time to call us and explain our options. He answered a lot of questions and uncertainties that I had lingering.
