He patiently waited for my approval for Social Security/Medicare so he could help me with selecting a good supplement plan that fits my needs. He waited a long time (more than 3 months!) and kindly checked in with me frequently to see how I was getting along with my application. Today, it finally was time for him to help me. I am so thankful for Kristopher's assistance. I would give him 62 stars if I could! He is a great asset for your company. He is kind, very helpful, and most of all patient. I received my policy information within a week of signing up for my Medicare Supplemental Insurance. I am very pleased with my premium amount for the Plan G. I am hoping to be able to stay with your Company for several years.

DO YOUR HOMEWORK Americo Insurance just may be the perfect insurance for the healthy, young, prescription free adults, but I was not one of them. I took a health quiz and passed was told I qualified for a lower rate because of this. GREAT, filled out all the necessary information and considered my self enrolled. Three weeks later I received a letter stating I was not. I had allowed plenty of time for the company to respond one way or the other. Three weeks put me frantically searching for another policy which was completely irresponsible on there part. Do your homework on this company, I realize they are busy, but so am I. So thankful for Insurance companies that insure unperfect people.

Many thanks! this in spite of the poor telephone technology redirecting calls from Chris to my voicemail instead of my phone. I couldn't keep in contact with Chris, therefore. Calls to him went directly to company voicemail. NOT HELPFUL!!!!
