I received my policy information within a week of signing up for my Medicare Supplemental Insurance. I am very pleased with my premium amount for the Plan G. I am hoping to be able to stay with your Company for several years.

Many thanks! this in spite of the poor telephone technology redirecting calls from Chris to my voicemail instead of my phone. I couldn't keep in contact with Chris, therefore. Calls to him went directly to company voicemail. NOT HELPFUL!!!!

He help me understand the difference between the program that were available for individuals. I was able to make a choice that would best fit my needs and plus, because Cole explained the coverage in a way that I believe my well being for now and in the future will fully be covered thank you Cole. I was able to purchase a supplement program that will fit my needs and that was affordable this was equally important. I am looking forward to being apart of Americo family. Listening is a Valuable Skill The two representatives that I spoke to came across as very knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. I had an idea of what Plan I wanted to change to and why, and they provided support for my idea and eventual decision. The new plan was within my budget and provided more coverage than my old plan. When they said a specific person would contact me within a certain period of time it happened. I wasn't left to track anyone down by phone or email. The reason I didn't rate it as 5 stars was that some of the information they needed for the policy required them to read several long-winded questions which were read too fast for me to follow. However, they gladly repeated the questions slower the second time. Overall, I left the encounter feeling valued as a client.
