I like that Rhino has been an option… I like that Rhino has been an option since moving into my apartment complex. There was an incident where my policy randomly ended in the middle of my lease which was strange because I thought it was set for the whole lease term. Regardless, I was able to renew the contract and have not encountered any issues since.

I really love the fact they help with coverage of the apartment also if it's water damage and all due to the fact, most insurances don't cover it. There real helpful and you can contact them anytime. 2 years of nightmares and taking all my money If I could give negative stars, I would. This “company” is an a nightmare and absolutely a scam. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and you all should too. They will continue to charge you even after you’ve moved. Not get back to you for days on end. And send you collections for one thousand dollars and tell you that you had excessive wear and tear to your home when you left it spotless and in perfect condition. Any company that has this terrible of customer service is a JOKE. Do not wait your time, pick somewhere else to live or refuse to use this service. ONLY FRAUDULENT LANDLORDS/ RENTAL COMPANIES WILL ASK YOU TO USE THIS. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. PERIOD.
