How im glad Rhino was around to helped me… Rhino really helped me when It would had been alittle stressful tryin to come up with a deposit and first month's rent. I never have heard of rhino until I applied for my apartment. I really love the fact they help with coverage of the apartment also if it's water damage and all due to the fact, most insurances don't cover it. There real helpful and you can contact them anytime. Customer service is great and will answer any questions you have. Glad I found them.

I love the fact that this company gives… I love the fact that this company gives people, like me, the opportunity to pay a low monthly fee or a low full year up front fee to cover the of my full security deposit. Without it , I would not have been abele to move into my apartment. The online portal is very user friendly and super convenient and allows me to make changes to my account without any extra added stress!

Sayrhino seems reliable at first until… Sayrhino seems reliable at first until you have a technical or financial issue. I will not continue to use their services as a landlord. They have on record and website that my claim was paid out and never was. I try to reach out to them but it takes several emails to reach a representative. It is painfully obvious that they do not want to look into my concern and circumstance any further. They do not have a phone number we can reach them through. I requested recently for a payment verification through my bank. Let's see if they will continue to ignore me. This is probably some of the most unprofessional and unethical business practices I have dealt with in my life.

I absolutely love Rhino I absolutely love Rhino! When transitioning to move from a expensive area of TN to a move affordable part right around Christmas time, I found out about Rhino and it helped me so much by allowing me to split up the security deposit into monthly payments at an affordable price! So happy I was able to save money and put it towards the other moving expenses.
