They have on record and website that my claim was paid out and never was. I try to reach out to them but it takes several emails to reach a representative. It is painfully obvious that they do not want to look into my concern and circumstance any further. They do not have a phone number we can reach them through. I requested recently for a payment verification through my bank. Let's see if they will continue to ignore me. This is probably some of the most unprofessional and unethical business practices I have dealt with in my life.

Rhino made moving a breeze, as my fiance and I were having struggles in our past apartment complex due to health issues with their maintenance, we were needing to move asap. Rhino made it possible to get into a new apartment and it felt extremely nice to be rewarded for the effort we put into maintaining our credit. Moving forward, we’re definitely going to keep Rhino in our lives as it makes the pain of moving easy-peasy.

2 years of nightmares and taking all my money If I could give negative stars, I would. This “company” is an a nightmare and absolutely a scam. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and you all should too. They will continue to charge you even after you’ve moved. Not get back to you for days on end. And send you collections for one thousand dollars and tell you that you had excessive wear and tear to your home when you left it spotless and in perfect condition. Any company that has this terrible of customer service is a JOKE. Do not wait your time, pick somewhere else to live or refuse to use this service. ONLY FRAUDULENT LANDLORDS/ RENTAL COMPANIES WILL ASK YOU TO USE THIS. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. PERIOD.

I love the fact that this company gives… I love the fact that this company gives people, like me, the opportunity to pay a low monthly fee or a low full year up front fee to cover the of my full security deposit. Without it , I would not have been abele to move into my apartment. The online portal is very user friendly and super convenient and allows me to make changes to my account without any extra added stress!
