GBSayrhino seems reliable at first until… Sayrhino seems reliable at first until you have a technical or financial issue. I will not continue to use their services as a landlord. They have on record and website that my claim was paid out and never was. I try to reach out to them but it takes several emails to reach a representative. It is painfully obvious that they do not want to look into my concern and circumstance any further. They do not have a phone number we can reach them through. I requested recently for a payment verification through my bank. Let's see if they will continue to ignore me. This is probably some of the most unprofessional and unethical business practices I have dealt with in my life.

GBCheck Out Rhino Today! Rhino was God sent because at the time I needed to move it helped me avoid being in a financial bind by allowing me to pay my deposit in increments! If you don’t know about Rhino I suggest you find out about it today! Thank you Rhino for all your help and assisting with my Rental insurance as well. Truly a lifesaver for expensive moves!

GBThreatened collections with no warning I signed for Rhino through my property management company and at the beginning, it was a great deal. It’s a great option for those who can’t afford an entire security deposit. However, when we left that rental, we got insane charges from our property management company. Rhino presented these to me and my roommate and requested payment. They said they would need a settlement within two months. After 7 days, while I was coordinating with my roommate and management company, I got an email that said since they hadn’t heard from me, they were going to send my payment to collections. I didn’t get any warning of this and they gave me no indication that they required a response within 7 days. I would recommend that everyone be careful with this company as I believe the threat to send me to collections was just a way to get me to respond and settle quicker.

GBI love the fact that this company gives… I love the fact that this company gives people, like me, the opportunity to pay a low monthly fee or a low full year up front fee to cover the of my full security deposit. Without it , I would not have been abele to move into my apartment. The online portal is very user friendly and super convenient and allows me to make changes to my account without any extra added stress!
