It does take quite a bit of work to obtain an itemized invoice from your service providers but once you do, Sidecar Health makes it super easy to upload your documents and they'll take care fo the rest for you. After we've submitted our documents, sometimes we're left with credits on our plan that leave us paying less which is great! And their customer service is awesome and always available!

I have very positive experience with… I have very positive experience with sidecar health insurance. I found the claim processing very transparent and online. I hate sending all documents through postage but sidecar app allows everything through app. I got my claims settled within 45 days and based on the fixed benefits they provide I think this is very good policy specially when you have other primary plan with high deductible or co-pay or you don't have insurance. save yourself money. get a different kind major medical insurance Cutting out the "middle man" with big Insurance and their partnership with drug companies has been easier to navigate than I expected. The Website has been easy to use. And both the chat feature and calling the help phone number has yielded immediate assistance. So far I have cut my prescription drug costs in half by using RX gold. I pay $10 per month for the service, but it cut my costs so much that even factoring in that cost I will probably cut my out of pocket costs by 2/3 at the end of 1 year.

Buyer Beware I had an unfortunate experience with this company and would not use their services again. I can't go into too much detail here because of the policy of this site. Simply put I do not recommend.

Easy Breezy If you're willing to work with your providers, some of whom may not fully get this concept and can actually make it more challenging for self-pay patients, then Sidecar Health is a breeze. I've not had any major issues to deal with yet, hopefully won't, but it's been the easiest process to use the Visa card, submit invoices, and track my expenses in the dashboard. Customer service and quick and so nice. Compared to what I would have been paying for "regular" health insurance, I'm definitely saving a ton. I've also seen all the doctors I prefer. I might have saved a little more going to one over another, but not significant enough to matter. So far I highly recommend Sidecar Health.
