Of all the warranty programs I've seen, this one is best. It's TOP OF THE LINE, at least to me. Your program is very affordable, accomodative, and comprehensive, The plan is not cheap, but it represents a high quality program of coverage, with impressive, manageable terms.Your admin processors and agents were thorough, efficient, patient, knowlegable, and friendly. Your Customer Service persons were simply outstandingly helpful. At this point, your service rates a very high recommendation. That's here on the admin end. I feel confident that your service on the operational end will be equally impressive, should it ever become necessary.

GBI had a bad experience with another… I had a bad experience with another customer representative and was convinced to end my policy, but with great concern and consideration, Ms. Lucy showed great customer service, skills and awesome communication. Because of her I remained a customer!!! There should be a Ms. Lucy on every phone call. Thank you so much for a great experience.

GBMisrepresentation Hi company, I just joined this company and had questions about my policy booklet why they both didn’t come at the same time and I talked to the customer representative and she got smart with me and she said I don’t know I don’t work for the post office but what very rude thing to say, but I was being polite and I talked to another lady who told me she would have a supervisor call me and have an apology for me and never did so. She lied to me, then the next day I called again and talked to another customer service representative and he asked me what the problem was. I told him politely it was none of his business because I didn’t want to go through this again and explain what was wrong and he just hung up on me. What kind of business does this? They do this to another lady and she was going, another guy representative call me never what kind of business is this? You tell me if you can trust this, but I don’t and I wanna cancel my policy, but they won’t get me in touch with someone who will do it so I just cancel out my credit cards payment to solve the issue that way , publish seriously

GBEasy SETUP Process Easy setup process! LUCY is Faaaaaaar Out man. She went over my policy as I was making comparisons of the shortcomings of ENDURANCE. I don't perceive I'll have any issues because so many things weren't covered by ENDURANCE, and this agency was upfront so there are no surprises. They're not expensive so haggling wasn't necessary. They also give you an incentive to join them.
