GBUnsatisfied loyal customer What an awful experience with DriveSmart extended warranty! My 2018 Dodge Ram needed a new motor in it. Filed a claim and lo and behold my claim got denied due to a “manufacturer tsb-star” I work at a dealership and this was the first time a warranty did not cover such things. I called the Mopar and Ram corporation and was told by them that my vehicle with my VIN had no such recalls. Long story short my extended warranty took money faithfully from me and when I needed them the most they failed me. I had them for a few years. And I refuse for them to take one more payment from me!

GBRude Rude. Demanding information I don't think they need before they'd let me cancel. Why do you need a copy of my current coverage? If someone wants to cancel then just do it.
