GBMy experience today was above greatness, to be honest. It took some of the worry and strain of the financial burden off my mind. My experience today with the representative Lucy was superbly breath taken. I can honestly say that she has made my choice with being with Drive smart satisfactory to say the least. It's great to know that your backed by people like her that cares for there client's. It goes without saying that the custumer relation has always bin one of Communication,and transparency. GBSCAM SCAM, SCAM!! I wish I could leave no stars!! Company went bankrupt and no one has answers to why I will not receive my refund … just oh sorry … I know punctuation is not correct but I am just upset I am out my 2510 and now have no vehicle bc I can not afford the 1000 out of it will cost to fix my water pump!
