GBI had a bad experience with another… I had a bad experience with another customer representative and was convinced to end my policy, but with great concern and consideration, Ms. Lucy showed great customer service, skills and awesome communication. Because of her I remained a customer!!! There should be a Ms. Lucy on every phone call. Thank you so much for a great experience.

GBIt was so easy to sign up for your warranty. It was so easy to sign up for. And I'm glad that I can afford it. It's like everybody else won't cover everything that I need covered, as far as coverage . I'm very happy with what I got as my warranty for my car.

GBI would give DriveSmart ZERO Stars if I… I would give DriveSmart ZERO Stars if I could. I recieved a cold call offering me a vehicle warranty. I was told I have 30 days to cancel the policy with no cost to me. I cancelled 4 days later after having received a contract -- which I had to call Customer Service for -- there was no contract included in the information/welcome packet I received. In addition the coverage that was offered in the contract was different than the coverage offered to me on the sales call. When I called to cancel, I was told -- "no problem, you will receive your refund with-in 10 business days." When I did receive refund to my credit card it was piece-meal -- not the total amount. $600 dollars one day, $1200 dollars one day and $700 another day. So far, I have received $2500 of the $4066 that was initally charged. I called this morning and was told I will receive the remaining $1566 piece-meal as well. This is NOT what was promised. I was promised FULL refund in 10 business days.

GBYOU'RE TOP OF THE LINE... I am long-time driver, with a credible experience with auto warranty programs. I have a 0 (zero) driving incident record in 13 years. Of all the warranty programs I've seen, this one is best. It's TOP OF THE LINE, at least to me. Your program is very affordable, accomodative, and comprehensive, The plan is not cheap, but it represents a high quality program of coverage, with impressive, manageable terms.Your admin processors and agents were thorough, efficient, patient, knowlegable, and friendly. Your Customer Service persons were simply outstandingly helpful. At this point, your service rates a very high recommendation. That's here on the admin end. I feel confident that your service on the operational end will be equally impressive, should it ever become necessary.

GBLegalize Scammers If I were you, I would not trust this company. I just called because I bought extended warranty and I canceled it within the first 30 days and they told me it could take six months before I get a refund because they can do what they want to do with my money and they can pay me when they want to pay me and they can offer me another plan if I want, but basically they can refund me when they want to. do not trust these people. I am so tired of businesses getting away with scamming consumers. I’m freaking sick and tired of it.
