GBI would give DriveSmart ZERO Stars if I… I would give DriveSmart ZERO Stars if I could. I recieved a cold call offering me a vehicle warranty. I was told I have 30 days to cancel the policy with no cost to me. I cancelled 4 days later after having received a contract -- which I had to call Customer Service for -- there was no contract included in the information/welcome packet I received. In addition the coverage that was offered in the contract was different than the coverage offered to me on the sales call. When I called to cancel, I was told -- "no problem, you will receive your refund with-in 10 business days." When I did receive refund to my credit card it was piece-meal -- not the total amount. $600 dollars one day, $1200 dollars one day and $700 another day. So far, I have received $2500 of the $4066 that was initally charged. I called this morning and was told I will receive the remaining $1566 piece-meal as well. This is NOT what was promised. I was promised FULL refund in 10 business days.

GBEasy SETUP Process Easy setup process! LUCY is Faaaaaaar Out man. She went over my policy as I was making comparisons of the shortcomings of ENDURANCE. I don't perceive I'll have any issues because so many things weren't covered by ENDURANCE, and this agency was upfront so there are no surprises. They're not expensive so haggling wasn't necessary. They also give you an incentive to join them.

GBLegalize Scammers If I were you, I would not trust this company. I just called because I bought extended warranty and I canceled it within the first 30 days and they told me it could take six months before I get a refund because they can do what they want to do with my money and they can pay me when they want to pay me and they can offer me another plan if I want, but basically they can refund me when they want to. do not trust these people. I am so tired of businesses getting away with scamming consumers. I’m freaking sick and tired of it.

GBMisrepresentation Hi company, I just joined this company and had questions about my policy booklet why they both didn’t come at the same time and I talked to the customer representative and she got smart with me and she said I don’t know I don’t work for the post office but what very rude thing to say, but I was being polite and I talked to another lady who told me she would have a supervisor call me and have an apology for me and never did so. She lied to me, then the next day I called again and talked to another customer service representative and he asked me what the problem was. I told him politely it was none of his business because I didn’t want to go through this again and explain what was wrong and he just hung up on me. What kind of business does this? They do this to another lady and she was going, another guy representative call me never what kind of business is this? You tell me if you can trust this, but I don’t and I wanna cancel my policy, but they won’t get me in touch with someone who will do it so I just cancel out my credit cards payment to solve the issue that way , publish seriously
