Legalize Scammers If I were you, I would not trust this company. I just called because I bought extended warranty and I canceled it within the first 30 days and they told me it could take six months before I get a refund because they can do what they want to do with my money and they can pay me when they want to pay me and they can offer me another plan if I want, but basically they can refund me when they want to. do not trust these people. I am so tired of businesses getting away with scamming consumers. I’m freaking sick and tired of it.

My experience today was above greatness, to be honest. It took some of the worry and strain of the financial burden off my mind. My experience today with the representative Lucy was superbly breath taken. I can honestly say that she has made my choice with being with Drive smart satisfactory to say the least. It's great to know that your backed by people like her that cares for there client's. It goes without saying that the custumer relation has always bin one of Communication,and transparency. That speaks volume for me with my decision and relationship with Drive Smart. Thank you again Lucy for your assistance and caring soul. SCAM SCAM, SCAM!! I wish I could leave no stars!! Company went bankrupt and no one has answers to why I will not receive my refund … just oh sorry … I know punctuation is not correct but I am just upset I am out my 2510 and now have no vehicle bc I can not afford the 1000 out of it will cost to fix my water pump!
