My experience today was above greatness, to be honest. It took some of the worry and strain of the financial burden off my mind. Unsatisfied loyal customer What an awful experience with DriveSmart extended warranty! My 2018 Dodge Ram needed a new motor in it. Filed a claim and lo and behold my claim got denied due to a “manufacturer tsb-star” I work at a dealership and this was the first time a warranty did not cover such things. I called the Mopar and Ram corporation and was told by them that my vehicle with my VIN had no such recalls. Long story short my extended warranty took money faithfully from me and when I needed them the most they failed me. I had them for a few years. And I refuse for them to take one more payment from me!

Easy SETUP Process Easy setup process! LUCY is Faaaaaaar Out man. She went over my policy as I was making comparisons of the shortcomings of ENDURANCE. I don't perceive I'll have any issues because so many things weren't covered by ENDURANCE, and this agency was upfront so there are no surprises. They're not expensive so haggling wasn't necessary. They also give you an incentive to join them.
