Filed a claim and lo and behold my claim got denied due to a “manufacturer tsb-star” I work at a dealership and this was the first time a warranty did not cover such things. I called the Mopar and Ram corporation and was told by them that my vehicle with my VIN had no such recalls. Long story short my extended warranty took money faithfully from me and when I needed them the most they failed me. I had them for a few years. And I refuse for them to take one more payment from me!

I just called because I bought extended warranty and I canceled it within the first 30 days and they told me it could take six months before I get a refund because they can do what they want to do with my money and they can pay me when they want to pay me and they can offer me another plan if I want, but basically they can refund me when they want to. do not trust these people. I am so tired of businesses getting away with scamming consumers. I’m freaking sick and tired of it.
