I've used Generali Travel Insurance in South America and Japan I've used Generali Travel Insurance in the past. I like the website purchase as it is straightforward and displays 3 options with clear coverage. It only asked a few questions to filter the individual to the right product.

Straightforward Travel Insurance This is my second purchase of travel insurance from Generali. The website is simple and easy to navigate. One suggestion: the optional rental car insurance should be selectable, not assumed to match the entire vacation time. Also, the traveler's ages may increment between the insurance purchase date and the planned travel date.

Travel insurance couldn’t been more… Travel insurance couldn’t been more easy to get than Generali. Just answer the easy questions and click on the coverage plan you like. Prices were cheaper than other companies that I looked into. I always choose Generali whenever I need travel insurance.

Generali did NOT cover what I… Generali did NOT cover what I understood them to cover. It took a great deal of time to find out how to talk with a live person and not a robot. They were NOT responsive in my requests to get help. I do NOT recommend this company for travel insurance.
