USTOTAL SCAM TOTAL SCAM! Do not use this company for travel insurance. We missed our connections and lost our our luggae and after spending hours jumping through all the hoops- paperwork, receipts, photos, we never received a dime. They just keep ignoring our inquiries.

USGenerali did NOT cover what I… Generali did NOT cover what I understood them to cover. It took a great deal of time to find out how to talk with a live person and not a robot. They were NOT responsive in my requests to get help. I do NOT recommend this company for travel insurance.

USFour of us spent about 3 hours trying… Four of us spent about 3 hours trying to make a claim for a cancelled flight. The site would not let us log in for over an hour. The online chat bot simply directed us to the site we were trying to access And no, they don’t have anyone to call. Hopefully they actually pay off on the claim but that is generali yet to be seen.
