I was diagnosed with AML and will be hospitalized for a month to receive a stem cell transplant and needed to cancel my trip. I have uploaded all the documentation they requested. I have not been able to talk to an actual person. I have tried 4 different phone numbers and sent emails to the suggested address only to get automated responsed. This company is a complete scam!
