Do not buy Cigna Medicare Preferred HMO… Do not buy Cigna Medicare Preferred HMO from Heidi Bartek with Etelequote. She told me FEMA had extended the enrollment date for health insurance and drug insurance. Well FEMA is not the agency to make that decision but due to Ms. Bartek’s misrepresentation, I was left with no health or drug prescription coverage until I reported her to Alabama’s Insurance Commissioner. This has put me in a financial bind and I will not stop until Heidi is fired!!!!

The representative that worked me from… The representative that worked me from Easy Medicare was D.H., a great CSR, a very patience, friendly knowledgeable young woman. Who answered all my questions, looked for the best Medicare advantage plans thru United Healthcare and she did just that after all the t's were crossed and i all dotted she sent out the quote.

Please please please stay away from… Please please please stay away from this company, if you decide to go to this company, do not depend on this company, they change the rules on a dime, to justify not paying your commissions, they change your pay dates , they don’t care about their employees, they only care about the numbers. You are just a number.

"My acceptance of a licensed Health Care advocate" I called the Florida Health Department to find out about traveling restrictions during covid-19. A nice young lady answered the call and told me what she could possibly help me with. She was a Healthcare Advocate and asked me about my health insurance. in accepting her help I was informed of many things I did not know about and for my health insurance. She was patient, very knowledgeable, kind, considerate and helpful. I'm very grateful I accepted her help!

Unable to qualify for eye exam, after two years under Humana! I was very frustrated with a problem we had, and called Medicare realizing that the plan we hard was no longer working for us. I was surprised to find out that we could change plans, mid year. The plan we had, we had for five years. Our agent Amy Nash, did a phenomenal job checking doctors and specialists for us. As it turns out, we only have to change dentists, podiatrists, and respiratory. We get to keep our PCP, dermatologist,Eye doctor, and durable medical company. There is only one medication, Symbicort, that is not on your formulary. I will try and get authorization for that one, as many inhalers no longer work for my asthma. We are loooking forward to using our new plan.
