THANK YOU FOR NOTHING & I DO NOT WANT TO FILL OUT YOUR RATING BEYOND THE 1ST QUESTION!! ASK JUSTIN HOW HE HUNG UP ON ME & SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BACK IN 10 MINS AFTER I DISCOVERED HIS LIES!! HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK & I LEFT 5 VOICEMAIL MESSAGES TO RETURN MY CALL...NOTHING!!!

GBWow what an exemplary employee you have… Wow what an exemplary employee you have in Ms. Martin. Not only was she always professional and efficient but seemed to me to be quite personable. In my experience she demonstrated a level of genuine empathy and caring that is sorely lacking in most telephone based service situations. I speak to you not as a general client but as an individual who managed massive telephone sales centers for a major US airline. For better or worse I tend to hold telephone representatives to a high standard. Ms.Martin was able to turn me from planning to simply say no thank you and hanging up to accepting that she had information that I needed. I felt that she actually heard and understood what I said. GBThe agent The agent, Ryan, was nice and professional. He helped me find a doctor who treats his patients with common decency and respect. And who has proper credentials. The Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance Plan helps me immensely with my medical costs. Let's hope that I do not need it.

GBDo not buy Cigna Medicare Preferred HMO… Do not buy Cigna Medicare Preferred HMO from Heidi Bartek with Etelequote. She told me FEMA had extended the enrollment date for health insurance and drug insurance. Well FEMA is not the agency to make that decision but due to Ms. Bartek’s misrepresentation, I was left with no health or drug prescription coverage until I reported her to Alabama’s Insurance Commissioner. This has put me in a financial bind and I will not stop until Heidi is fired!!!!
