USUnable to qualify for eye exam, after two years under Humana! I was very frustrated with a problem we had, and called Medicare realizing that the plan we hard was no longer working for us. I was surprised to find out that we could change plans, mid year. The plan we had, we had for five years. Our agent Amy Nash, did a phenomenal job checking doctors and specialists for us. As it turns out, we only have to change dentists, podiatrists, and respiratory. We get to keep our PCP, dermatologist,Eye doctor, and durable medical company. There is only one medication, Symbicort, that is not on your formulary. I will try and get authorization for that one, as many inhalers no longer work for my asthma. We are loooking forward to using our new plan.

USI received outstanding customer service… I received outstanding customer service and everything was explained thoroughly. I don't know what I would have done without Jose. With all the Medicare info you get bombarded with, he made it simple and I really appreciated that! He also followed up with me when he said he would. Thanks again, great job!

USI'm giving this review because I have… I'm giving this review because I have called my so called agent Christy Bush numerous times and left messages for her to call me back with no success. I'm tired of this crap. Been going on for month or more. Y'all deal with her.

PKProfessional and Friendly etelequote helped me to select a best suitable plan when I moved to new place. I was confused regarding my coverage this year but etelequote did it for me. They deserved a five star rating. They were all very professional and had a right approach for the customer.
