With all the Medicare info you get bombarded with, he made it simple and I really appreciated that! He also followed up with me when he said he would. Thanks again, great job!

GBThe representative that worked me from… The representative that worked me from Easy Medicare was D.H., a great CSR, a very patience, friendly knowledgeable young woman. Who answered all my questions, looked for the best Medicare advantage plans thru United Healthcare and she did just that after all the t's were crossed and i all dotted she sent out the quote.

GBI had the same broker Ralph Moyse for… I had the same broker Ralph Moyse for myself and another member of my family and twice he’s been very helpful, patiently explaining and answering all of my questions and clarifying all of them if needed. In addition he gave clear options to make easy to choose the right plan for us.

GBWow what an exemplary employee you have… Wow what an exemplary employee you have in Ms. Martin. Not only was she always professional and efficient but seemed to me to be quite personable. In my experience she demonstrated a level of genuine empathy and caring that is sorely lacking in most telephone based service situations. I speak to you not as a general client but as an individual who managed massive telephone sales centers for a major US airline. For better or worse I tend to hold telephone representatives to a high standard. Ms.Martin was able to turn me from planning to simply say no thank you and hanging up to accepting that she had information that I needed. I felt that she actually heard and understood what I said.
