The sales people at Champion are beyond… The sales people at Champion are beyond understanding and helpful. I purchased a plan from the on June 26 2023. A month later, I had an urgent family matter come up and was strapped for cash. I called and spoke with Jack Taylor. I explained the situation and Jack was super sympathetic and immediately gave me a full refund back to my card.once I get back on my feet financially I'll definitely be giving then a call to purchase my policy.

I have emails from them admitting they owe me $118.70. Never saw any of it. I cancelled my policy. They owe me pro-rated refund. Never saw any of it. Buyer beware.

Great company I bought a Champion policy in May for my Maserati Ghibli and spoke to Kyle, who was very helpful and came up with a policy that would fit my needs. Back in July I noticed my car started to jerk when I'd step on the gas. Brought it into the mechanic and he told me it needed a total transmission replacement. I was so glad I had this policy then, Champion paid the full price on the repair. They've been completely professional and punctual with my every request and I'd recommend them to anyone needing an extended warranty.

Outstanding Customer Service I received outstanding customer service from Jack and Michelle. They answered my calls, listened thoroughly to what I had to say, and delivered what they said they would in a timely manner. After shopping around, Champion Car Warranty gave me the best policy at the most affordable price. Everyone I spoke with was honest, which goes a long way. Thank you Joe Battaglia

BEWARE DON"T fall in to their sale… BEWARE DON"T fall in to their sale pitch. I bought Gold tier level and pay in full for deep discount, took me 5 months to used the voucher for vehicle maintenance and submit the claim for it. No response about the claim since February 1 st so I try to call since April1st the line will pick up put you on hold and then drop. Email them every day.... no response. From what I read the other reviews, look like they might be out of business or still trying to correct the money as much as possible. I am filed complaint with FTC and FBI.
