Very professional I bought a policy from them 4 months back on my '07 RAV4. The car started constantly having a problem with low brake fluid no matter how many times I topped it up. Finally got around to taking it in for repair, turned out the master brake cylinder needed to be replaced. My shop sent an invoice to Champion, which they paid out the same day. Very professional company and customer service has been nothing but courteous whenever myself or the shop has called. Appreciate all their help and prompt service. These guys get 5 stars from me!

look at "F" rating with BBB look at "F" rating with BBB not accredited with BBB sold me 3 policies for my families cars refused to cancel and refund per contract. Been trying to cancel since February 2024 they do not respond to calls, emails and when I have spoken to someone they say they'll call me back and NOTHING!! Dont get scammed like this disabled senior citizen on a fixed income. Do your homework

Great motorcycle coverage Bought a policy from Kyle on my Harley Davidson motorcycle. He totally understood what I needed from an extended warranty and got me a plan that fit that. It even included the rim and tire coverage, which was a great deal. I had to file a claim for a bent rim it sustained recently and it was a fast painless experience, they paid it out promptly. So far I'm very happy with them and they've been completely open, honest, and trustworthy.

Slimy Champion Car Warranty...Crap! Do not buy into this company! Everything you read is correct and when you see a reply or positive post it means its fake. I'm being burned by Jack Taylor and his crew as we speak. They will not answer calls or emails and whoever owns this company is the slimiest of the human race.

Communicative and helpful I have a policy with them both on my car and motorcycle. Been with them about a year now. They recently covered my claim on the differential for my car. From start to finish the claim got paid by them and I was on the road again within a day of when I brought it into the dealership. I appreciated their prompt communication
