USDon't waste your Money Beware their damage claim policies are very strict and they act concerned when there is a problem. The bottom line is they're not going to help you out if a customer does not follow the rules which is totally out of the shippers hands. On top of that they said to contact when there was a problem and they dropped the phone call three times and then finally went to voice mail.

USDo not bother buying this through… Do not bother buying this through Shipping Easy, they don't follow their own policies and create all these excuses, 40 days past on two claims and they refuse to refund. Also don't believe these so called "positive reviews" likely fabricated. News flash you have a low review rating so it’s not just me complaining, some of these reviews are identical to my experience. I talked to your rep and she has neither had a manager call me like I asked and has yet to show me where is writing and that has my agreeing to this “new requirement”. Looks like a civil court filing and a judge making you refund me is how it’s going to go.

USWe've used Shipsurance for several… We've used Shipsurance for several years (since we started with Shipstation. Filing claims is a smooth and very quick process. We insure all our international orders and the small fee they charge gives us peace of mind that it will be covered if lost. Much more reliable than USPS insurance. Highly recommended.

USRefused to Pay for Lost Item Sold at item for $1,000.00. Buyer paid Paypal Goods and Services, invoice was generated. Shipped said item via UPS, with Shipinsurance bought from Pirateship.com. Item insured for $1,000.00. UPS lost item. Claim filed on November 1, 2021, all documentation provided. Claim was denied on November 5, 2021 claiming an exclusion relatd to "Sports cards being sent in for grading". Improper denial of claim. EDIT- They paid out on the claim after being contacted.

USThese morons require your receiver to… These morons require your receiver to fill out some form to "validate loss" even though UPS has validated the loss officially via claim. They ask your customer things like, "desired resolution". I'm the shipper, and this is solely my choice and interaction, NOT THE BUYER. I paid Shippo/UPS to deliver a product to the end user, they SHOULD NOT have to "validate loss". Stupid and will never use again.
