Grateful for Shipsurance I’ve come to greatly appreciate Shipsurance. Easy to make a claim and share with the customer to confirm, and payments come quickly with just a few easy-to-find attachments and no back and forth hassles.

These morons require your receiver to… These morons require your receiver to fill out some form to "validate loss" even though UPS has validated the loss officially via claim. They ask your customer things like, "desired resolution". I'm the shipper, and this is solely my choice and interaction, NOT THE BUYER. I paid Shippo/UPS to deliver a product to the end user, they SHOULD NOT have to "validate loss". Stupid and will never use again.

Don't waste your Money Beware their damage claim policies are very strict and they act concerned when there is a problem. The bottom line is they're not going to help you out if a customer does not follow the rules which is totally out of the shippers hands. On top of that they said to contact when there was a problem and they dropped the phone call three times and then finally went to voice mail.

Pointless "Insurance" After using PirateShip and Shipsurance for about a year, Shipsurance has decided to DROP our company for having the nerve to file a claim for a package that arrived damaged. They SEEMED like a better option in comparison with lower rates. Bear in mind, we've only had ONE prior claim, making this the second. (which I'm not expecting) I guess this company only works if you are lucky enough to never have missing or damaged packages. It is beyond pointless to buy insurance when the insurer will just drop you for using the service. We would recommend anyone not to pay for this sub-par service. EDIT: After talking to Shipsurance, they just reiterated that they will no longer support us. Their response is a joke.

It brings peace of mind It brings peace of mind. I include insurance with all my orders, so if anything goes wrong, they handle the fight for me and ensure I receive the compensation.
