GBShipsurance worked great for me. I recently had to file two claims with Shipsurance. In both instances, I received a quick reply with a list of the required documents. Every time I attached new documents, I was notified that the claim was updated. In one case, I received a partial refund, and in the second, I received the full coverage price for the damaged item. Both claims were completed and paid in about two weeks. All my correspondence with them was done by email. I was happy with the outcome and will use them again.

GBAbsolutely useless My small business has submitted multiple shipsurance claims and none of them have been paid out. We and our customers jump through every required hoop and get no response. Tremendous waste of time for us and our customers that just costs us money. This service is useless.

GBHorrible Customer Service, Refuse to Pay a Cut And Dry Case After a package was missing for 6 weeks, they still refused to pay out the policy, saying the package was not guaranteed to be lost. Only paid out after I contacted the BBB, then sent me a letter saying they would no longer insure me! This is after filing my first claim and mailing hundreds of packages with their insurance.

GBSold an item via Etsy Sold an item via Etsy. They recommended USPS and Shipsurance. I buy their shipping insurance to cover the $2100.00 value. I buy signature required from USPS. The recipient never receives the goods and files a claim, Etsy takes $2000.00 out of MY bank account and gives it right away to the buyer. USPS says the parcel was signed for and delivered. The buyer claims it was not delivered. Shipsurance denies my claim. USPS denies my claim. You can't do honest business with Shipsurance or Etsy. No help. Cold Shoulder. They obscure the truth and their exemptions in the legalese & fine print. Best to avoid them. They represent the worst in shipping insurance.
