Horrible Overall Experience I recently signed up for Anchor insurance and overall it's just been a bad experience. It is always a hassle to simply pay my car insurance, could not do it online because my "browser was too new", and they are not willing to waive off the service fee in any other form of payment. This may sound unreasonable but I originally signed up for anchor under the reasoning that paying and even viewing my account info was going to be easy and simple but so far it hasn't. I recommend going somewhere.

Canceled my policy Tried canceling my policy for 2 months because found better deal at The Hartford. Had to send declaration page, hand written note stating reason of cancelation for the to "review". I was told that my new policy had to be same or better in order to get canceled. Now I have to wait THREE WEEKS before I get my money back, because that is their company policy.

She was warm and heard reading and our greeting end was very helpful helpful thank you very much for having such great person now to make my day easier.

Please hope you don't get hit by one of their drivers because you won't receive any calls back. They will avoid all your calls and messages and send you a denial letter and not tell you why! my claim was assigned to a female named Araceli and she was horrible, no calls answered no messages return. spoke to the supervisor but he does not care about the situation.
