USHorrible Overall Experience I recently signed up for Anchor insurance and overall it's just been a bad experience. It is always a hassle to simply pay my car insurance, could not do it online because my "browser was too new", and they are not willing to waive off the service fee in any other form of payment. This may sound unreasonable but I originally signed up for anchor under the reasoning that paying and even viewing my account info was going to be easy and simple but so far it hasn't. I recommend going somewhere.

USHorrible company violated my rights and… Horrible company violated my rights and I have no doubts they will violate yours all well . I’m filing a lawsuit if they deny my claim for not properly handling my claim.

USGreat Service Experience I had inadvertently allowed my ins policy to laps and called Anchor General since I couldn't pay the bill on the website. After a few minutes, I was greeted by Ms. Pauline Holloway. She was very professional and courteous, and all round, it was a pleasurable(dare I say FUN?) experience.

USCanceled my policy Tried canceling my policy for 2 months because found better deal at The Hartford. Had to send declaration page, hand written note stating reason of cancelation for the to "review". I was told that my new policy had to be same or better in order to get canceled. Now I have to wait THREE WEEKS before I get my money back, because that is their company policy.

USGetting Clarification & Reassurance I called anchor to get information or clarity re: offer to transfer coverage. I spoke to Pauline. She answered all my questions regarding the matter and then some. She was very professional, courteous and patient from beginning to end. I feel more comfortable about choosing anchor for my automobile insurance.
