GBHorrible experience with this company Horrible experience with this company. Two days after filing accident claim they told me they didn’t even talk with another party and no definite answer when their claim investigation will be complete. Their claim email box is not working and bounces back. The claim adjuster Shakira Brooks was supposed to contact me but never did, her phone would not answer and when finally she picked up she was very rude.

GBGetting Clarification & Reassurance I called anchor to get information or clarity re: offer to transfer coverage. I spoke to Pauline. She answered all my questions regarding the matter and then some. She was very professional, courteous and patient from beginning to end. I feel more comfortable about choosing anchor for my automobile insurance.

GBHorrible Overall Experience I recently signed up for Anchor insurance and overall it's just been a bad experience. It is always a hassle to simply pay my car insurance, could not do it online because my "browser was too new", and they are not willing to waive off the service fee in any other form of payment. This may sound unreasonable but I originally signed up for anchor under the reasoning that paying and even viewing my account info was going to be easy and simple but so far it hasn't. I recommend going somewhere.

GBnever in my life never in my life , this whole company is no good . no one answers the phones unless it customer service person. then shell direct straight to someone voicemail, i cant understand that a company like this is still up and running

GBGreat customer service Had a issue that needed attention and it was handled in a quick and professional manner. Had no issues getting ahold of a agent to speak with, they understood what I needed and helped me solve my problem.
