Theresa in titling is the best in the buisness. She has helped me through a couple rough spots and was more than patient with me. The customer service team is amazing as well. My sales guy was excellent. My sales guy was excellent. Very satisfied with my purchase, however, two months later I still do not have any type of statement that shows me how much of my payment is towards principal and interest. I only get amount due deducted from my bank account every month. I want to see monthly my balance and have emailed several times and I still have not received anything like that. So on that end I am very dissatisfied.

shady fees When they put my insurance info in their system they put the wrong year for the expiration and after a couple months started charging me for their insurance without warning. After 10 months of payment I called for a payoff and it was more than I originally financed mostly because of a $4,000 early termination fee. The dealer Im working with now says they quit using engs because of shady things they do with fees and stuff. I recommend using a reputable company for financing.
