GBI submitted a cracked screen claim on… I submitted a cracked screen claim on 08/20/2019. They handled my claim with relative speed, and charged the deductible (139.00) and deposit on the loaner phone (99.00) to my credit card. I have neither seen the loaner phone or gotten a meaningful response since then. To say I am disappointed in their performance would be an understatement. I have received my billing from the credit card company, and have been forced to dispute the charges as undelivered service. I highly recommend not doing business with this company.

GBAvoid this company I've been waiting for them to cancel the useless policies and some never-happened stuff. They were keen on getting you to pay for things but immediately disappear once they got the money. I have two policies which I paid using a visa card. I have waited for more than 2 months for it to be actually canceled. They never replied to my support tickets, while the OWNER has the luxury of time to deal with negative review here.

GBCROOKED COMPANY. CROOKED COMPANY. I filed a claim in January of 2018, paid a $73 deductible and $99 deposit for a loaner phone. I never received the loaner phone, so thankfully never shipped the defective phone. I requested refund of $73 and $99. Refunds were not issued, so I disputed the charges with Visa. I canceled my policy. Fast forward to January 2020. I have not had ANY business dealings with Esurranty since February of 2018 when my disputes were refunded. Now TWO YEARS LATER, not one, but two $73 charges appear on my credit card. I didn't even bother calling Esurranty. I reported the charges as fraud to VISA. STAY AWAY FROM ESURRANTY ! ! !

GBNo response to emails No response to emails, No refund of deductible I've been told that they are gonna cancel my claim and initiate my refund on Jan 24, 2019 and its been 14 days and I never got any response from them nor my refund ($299). I sent so many emails and logged so many tickets regarding this. But i did not got any reply to my emails. Currently my claim status is saying Account on Hold, Please let me know when can I get my refund back. FYI support ticket numbers #5TP0G, #RBPO5, #6UYUF, PSB9Y (No response to all these tickets)

GBrecent sign-on for coverage of my $600 + iphone 8 of course i will NOT be able to truly evaluate the policy until i have a claim however, the initial purchase experience along with the informative web site i have reason to feel the 5 star rating was accurate. i would like to mention you folks were very responsive to the few email questions which i had prior to my purchase. hope i do not have to test your credibility :)
