GBI received a non-renewal notice for… I received a non-renewal notice for failure to complete a questionnaire which I never received. A company that allows you to sign up and pay and do EVERYTHING on a mobile app. Suddenly needs you to mail something in to keep coverage? Makes no sense. I also never got a call or email about this. They're just trying to come up with BS reasons to drop as many non-preferred customers for whatever reasons, morally bankrupt company.

GBDon't trust clearcover Don't trust Clearcover Insurance. Mice had gotten into our car and chewed the wires making it undriveable. An incident of vandalism covered by Clearcover. We called the insurance company. They said to take it to the dealer for an estimate. The estimate found the damage to be under 1000 deductible. The dealership charged Us $175.00 for the estimate and said that we had to paid for it. Clearcover said they were not going to pay the $175.00 it after they demanded we go there. Would You trust them??

GBStay Clear! I had the insurance for a year and upon renewal it went up considerably (around $100) without me filing any claims. Ironically, I hit a deer and submitted a claim. Two days went by without anyone from Clearcover reaching out, in spite of the advertised 24 hour turn around. I called and missed the call back, I called back and left another voice message and received no call back. Waited a few days and left a message, no call back. Called again 3 days later and still no call back. I dropped them and they refunded my money right away. Hopefully they will take care of the claim soon. It has been 7 days since the wreck without any idea of what is going on.

GBI saved hundreds of dollars for same… I saved hundreds of dollars for same coverage with another insurance company. The only thing I have a problem with is they don't have a website to access your accounts. Mobile access only. I did have a problem getting the phone app to work. Customer service was great helping me understand how to access my account on my phone. I much prefer dealing online than on the phone, however I do like the capabilities of the phone app.

GBVery POOR Service I had Clearcover insurance for two years; my wife hit a deer, and we needed to file a claim. We took pictures to send in for the damages as they do not send anyone out to look at your vehicle. Then, you submit the claim, and they send you a check for what they think will cover the damages. However, when the body shop starts working on the vehicle and sees that they will need additional funds to cover the damage, they want to negotiate the amount of money they think they should receive. In the end, the adjuster, Alex Sharman, refused to pay the full amount. The body shop would not release the vehicle until I paid the difference. Clearcover also makes you pay for the rental car, and they will reimburse you. I had a rental car that was not comparable to what I had coverage for, so it was under the amount of rental coverage that I had on my vehicle, and they refused to reimburse me for the amount I spent on the rental car. I called five or six body shops in my area before I could find someone to take Clearcover insurance; now I understand why they will not accept Clearcover. Clearcover is a six-month policy, and every six months, they increased the rate by $200 to $300. I canceled this policy and I would not recommend Clearcover insurance. Thank you, Mike.
