Scam Used their quote website, never got a call for insurance but instead now get dozens of spam text messages and calls daily now. They definitely sell your personal information to scammers or their system is compromised.

The first red flag was when I started receiving calls and emails from other insurance companies. These companies were all offering me lower rates than OTTO. I realized that OTTO had sold my information to these companies. I tried to contact OTTO to request that they stop contacting me, but they were unresponsive. I eventually had to block their email address and phone number. I would strongly recommend that you avoid OTTO Insurance. They are a scam company that will sell your information to other companies.
