GBJust saw a YouTube ad and reminded me… Just saw a YouTube ad and reminded me about the experience I had a couple years ago. Unfortunately their ads are very misleading when advertising a cost per month insurance policy for a young 20 year old driver. In one of their ads it shows what seems to be a young teenager paying 23 dollars a month for car insurance. This is just not the case, it is an example of false advertising. I am aware they are only a comparison service but this methodology of advertisement is untrue and can be very misleading.

GBI have to state the positive I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Otto Insurance's services, and I must say, their team exudes a perfect blend of friendliness and professionalism. From the moment I reached out, they demonstrated a strong commitment to understanding my needs. The staff was not only knowledgeable but also approachable, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Otto Insurance goes beyond the expected, ensuring you feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend them for their personable approach and unwavering commitment to providing excellent service.

GBSells your info Don't get me wrong it brought up another insurance company, it's more like a search website than an actual insurance agency, it brought up some other companies but a lot of their info gets sold to other companies for spam in email & phone services. Have to go through a lot of unsubscribing now and filter through calls

GBVery deceptive advertising..... Saw and ad on YouTube advertising a "New" Insurance company that was offering lower rates in my area. So, of course I clicked the add and put my info in. Because it's about time there was a "New" insurance company. But no... All they did was sell my info to every insurance company with 50 miles of me. And I was inundated with calls and text for over a week from all the "not New" insurance companies that have already ripped me off for years and every one of them quoted me double what I'm paying right now for insurance.
