GBI have never dealt with a company that… I have never dealt with a company that has a mission statement about customer service but goes out of their way to have the worst customer service ever. They always say they're going to call the very next morning but they never do, if you send an email thru their website they say they'll contact you in 3-5 business days but they never do. I've never gotten credit for my alarm system so they said send in the certificate and I did, still nothing, then I received a renewal from them so I asked about the credit for my alarm system and still nothing. The response from universal Direct is a lie, I submitted the correct document.

GBImpressive Impressive. The online quoting tool was great, it pulled accurate information about my property, and i was able to hold the quote and compare coverages for weeks! The coverage amounts were adequate, and the rate—WOW— blows all of the big box carriers out of the water by miles! There is nothing comparable. I called a few times to ask a couple questions and received excellent service. This being my 1st home purchase my wife and I wanted to keep our rate as low as possible, UD has acheived that. So far, so good! Thanks
