Many questions - great customer service I had several questions - customer service was effective, professional, friendly and pro-active. All the agents that served me clearly knew what they were doing and wanted to and did provide top-notch service. Overall communication during the entire process was great. The only downside, and therefore 4 rather than 5 stars, is the online/web application interface - it's pretty good, but a bit confusing and could be better.

All of by transaction was accomplished… Most of my transaction was accomplished online through a very customer friendly website. When completed and I had a question or two so I called their office. My call was handled by a live person who was friendly and competent. My questions were discussed and answered in a relaxed fashion, never making me feeling rushed in any way.
