We have recommended friends and family and will continue to do the same for folks who just aren't ready to own an RV.

GBRented RV for 2016 Albuquerque Balloon… Rented RV for 2016 Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta. RV running when we did initial walk through. Once on Fiesta grounds we quickly discovered the batteries were dead. Running generator did not charge them. ADV technician replaced batteries with 2 12 volt batteries in series creating 24 volts of power and blew out power. We also discovered they had filled the black water tank with clean water causing the toilet to overflow. After all these problems and spending a night with now power ie no lights or heat ADV refused to give us a partial refund on the rental cost.

GBNot happy with experience!! Not happy with experience!!! Upon pick-up, the refrigerator was not turned on, as we were told it would be, so it took forever to cool it down with the propane tank while we were on the road for 5 hours and had to stop for ice to keep the food from spoiling. The generator was inoperable during driving both directions so the cabin was 95 degrees and running the a/c at max did not cool us much. The DVD player was inoperable. There was a leak in the black water hose connection causing bad odor outside RV. City water connection also had leak on the RV Unfortunately, our 1st experience renting an RV was tainted and we would not rent from Copley RV/American Dream Vacations again. The units are not inexpensive and I think the maintenance should be 1st rate.

GB17' Casita rental I enjoyed working with the gals and guys at American Dream Vacations. Being new to trailer/camper tripping, they covered all bases to make sure I had a safe and joyful experience. I wish I had had a stabilizer as the camper had some sway in it. I kept my speed down, which I intended to do anyway, but there was still some sway happening. I looked into purchasing a different tow package in Colorado but the cost was very pricey ($400!). I made do with what I had and had a marvelous experience!

GBDONT RENT DONT RENT! Please use this as a warning! Horrible! Where do I even begin? If there was everything that could've gone wrong it did 16 hours away from home in the mountains in the middle of no where with my young children, husband and I. ***This was our BIGGEST ISSUE. Where you connect your water, it began to FLOOD the entire RV, I didn't have enough towels to clean the flooding. I wasn't sure what we were going to do. We must've called the person in charge 5 times a day and every time he guided us, with no solution. We were just so desperate for water in our RV. And when we used the little bit of water before we realized it was beginning to flood, underneath the sink had a leak also! Park ranger did everything he could to help us, because at first we didn't even realize it was flood. He had to knock on the RV to notify something was wrong with it. Smaller issues: 1. prices aren't accurate on website the optional charges on the website, after you pay the deposit they tell you it's actually mandatory. Which I was able to move forward from and we still rented a week. 2. The heater in the front of the RV doesn't work so be ready for it to fog up and you have no way of seeing out your windows, ANY OF THEM. 3. Nonetheless the side mirror that was broken it wasn't even useable. Which for a first time driving these massive things it can be scary. 4. Showers didn't work due to lack of water 5. Heater didn't work due to propane being empty. Happy New Year to us! Please people reading this, I HIGHLY recommend trying a different company that may work with you better after your experience and accommodate you more than a days worth of a rental, when you had issues the entire week, spending hours on attempting to clean and fix. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Please please please, take my review as not someone just looking to write a poor review, but it was truly miserable, and they don't compensate worth making up for. And it's a shame because the people in there are soooo nice it was so difficult to be frustrated with them. But paying over $2,700 PLUS the $1500 damage fee. All you get compensated is $290???? Absolutely not. They will tell you they've corrected everything as they told me about a poor review they had and "corrected it."
