American Nightmare Vacation American Dream Vacation is a company I will never do business with again. They were late with the RV doing last minute repairs, and many other repairs were needed we found out on our trip. They take no responsibility for anything, and if something breaks its on you. No wonder there were so many things needing repair. Who would want to report them, they would be stuck with the bill, and so the damaged RV gets passed along to the next person. Not an enjoyable vacation due to American Dream Vacation should change their name to American Nightmare.

Former Travel Trailer owner here Former Travel Trailer owner here: We had a clean, comfortable 25' travel trailer rental. Everything worked, and the American Dream Vacation Rentals team at Copely's RV in Hope Sound Florida did a great job making it all clear when we went in to walk through the agreement. We had the trailer for over two weeks, great experience. They even did the setup on the weight distribution hitch for us, which saved me about 45min of hassle. 10/10 will rent a travel trailer with them again before considering buying my own again!

Poor customer service went out of town…Broken promise Poor customer service went out of town generator stopped working no refund say I damaged roof found out wasn’t my fault then to say windshield was damaged after I made a mark from all the cracks that is where it ran from. Will do anything to keep damage deposit money

America BAD dreams I am so surprised to be contacted as our experience with AmericaBADdreams was less than positive. We actually loved the motorhome we rented which helped us in our purchase a few years later. However we found the walk through and on the road assistance less than satisfactory. My guess is since you rent such a variety of rv models, some privately owned, you cannot be super knowledgeable. But your staff should know the basics. We were definitely oversold on some coverage such as propane. We ended with being charged for some damage we did not do, and thanks to another renter, we fought it and won through the state attorney ‘s office.

Great Experience Great Experience! We are experience RVs (full time going on 9 years), so I was able to solve any minor questions/problems. We have a 1979 Argosy, and this Image was fantastic. I more complete training at check outsold have been helpful. I should have asked more detailed questions in order to understand modern systems. All in all, it was fantastic.
