We have rented various units from ADV and have always been impressed with their customer service and expedient check-in/check-out process. We have recommended friends and family and will continue to do the same for folks who just aren't ready to own an RV.

Bad experience I was an owner who placed my RV with this company. Definitely a mistake. Over $5000 worth of damage due to lack of inspection and maintenance. Attempts to reach both the Denton, Tex location and corporate headquarters have been ignored. Never received a final statement or rental proceeds for the last month the unit was with them. Really regret my decision to do business with ADV.

Is there one less than negative one Is there one less than negative one . Sued my disabled family that broke down on a make a wish trip now deceased and the stress and anguish anger. And being left on side of road in middle of nowhere. They only cared about a rv that was not road worthy and knew it had mechanical problems before and during the trip..

Not happy with experience!! Not happy with experience!!! Upon pick-up, the refrigerator was not turned on, as we were told it would be, so it took forever to cool it down with the propane tank while we were on the road for 5 hours and had to stop for ice to keep the food from spoiling. The generator was inoperable during driving both directions so the cabin was 95 degrees and running the a/c at max did not cool us much. The DVD player was inoperable. There was a leak in the black water hose connection causing bad odor outside RV. City water connection also had leak on the RV Unfortunately, our 1st experience renting an RV was tainted and we would not rent from Copley RV/American Dream Vacations again. The units are not inexpensive and I think the maintenance should be 1st rate.

Would not go anywhere else!! Great selection. Easy Check out. Easy Check In. Always answers phone if you have questions while on the road! Detailed itemized estimate and final cost report. All staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the RV’s (even gave our kids popsicles while looking). Looking forward to our next vacation with American Dream Vacations.
