We got the RV with no AC from San…Reinvestment speak We got the RV with no AC from San Antonio Texas to Miami they have no AC at all when returning back a day early they tell us they will make a Reinvestment the total came out over $3000 rental After they make me fill out the form they only return back $38.75 how nice the treat the clients out that whole time and been waiting for them Give me Good answer Reason why(;) Not recommending

American Nightmare Vacation American Dream Vacation is a company I will never do business with again. They were late with the RV doing last minute repairs, and many other repairs were needed we found out on our trip. They take no responsibility for anything, and if something breaks its on you. No wonder there were so many things needing repair. Who would want to report them, they would be stuck with the bill, and so the damaged RV gets passed along to the next person. Not an enjoyable vacation due to American Dream Vacation should change their name to American Nightmare.

RV had damaged water tank which was… RV had damaged water tank which was not discovered until the next morning. 5 adults spent three days and nights without any water, washing or toilet facilities. Wasted 1 day and 1 night of our holiday undergoing repairs. Only compensation was a refund of one day rental. Nothing for the inconvenience or upset. Travelled from England for this holiday and it is NOT a good advertisement for your country. Will Not be using this company again and will warn anyone else against using them. We do have friends in the U. S. and they will also warn against using this firm.

Rented RV for 2016 Albuquerque Balloon… Rented RV for 2016 Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta. RV running when we did initial walk through. Once on Fiesta grounds we quickly discovered the batteries were dead. Running generator did not charge them. ADV technician replaced batteries with 2 12 volt batteries in series creating 24 volts of power and blew out power. We also discovered they had filled the black water tank with clean water causing the toilet to overflow. After all these problems and spending a night with now power ie no lights or heat ADV refused to give us a partial refund on the rental cost.

Don’t rent an rv from here!!! I was informed the rv I rented was broken down at 4:30 in the afternoon. I was supposed to pick it up at opening the next morning. I had to switch from a newer class a to a class c. The replacement had tv’s missing (only one remained that worked), outlets that didn’t work, and no rear running lights. We were pulled over by the police and forced to sleep on the side of the highway. I paid for roadside assistance and they said they could tow it the next morning. They were extremely unhelpful. The American Dream Vacation I rented from gave me a $70 discount on a $3,000 bill and were unapologetic. I will never rent an rv here again and will actively advise others not to do so as well.
