And being left on side of road in middle of nowhere. They only cared about a rv that was not road worthy and knew it had mechanical problems before and during the trip..

Great Experience Great Experience! We are experience RVs (full time going on 9 years), so I was able to solve any minor questions/problems. We have a 1979 Argosy, and this Image was fantastic. I more complete training at check outsold have been helpful. I should have asked more detailed questions in order to understand modern systems. All in all, it was fantastic.

I think the price could’ve been lower I think the price could’ve been lower, it wasn’t the camper we were expecting. Pictures are deceiving. The strictness on the times to pick up and drop off by, were understandable yet too strict. Next time we rent from there, we will look at them all beforehand and decide which one we want to rent, no more online site unseen renting.

Not happy with experience!! Not happy with experience!!! Upon pick-up, the refrigerator was not turned on, as we were told it would be, so it took forever to cool it down with the propane tank while we were on the road for 5 hours and had to stop for ice to keep the food from spoiling. The generator was inoperable during driving both directions so the cabin was 95 degrees and running the a/c at max did not cool us much. The DVD player was inoperable. There was a leak in the black water hose connection causing bad odor outside RV. City water connection also had leak on the RV Unfortunately, our 1st experience renting an RV was tainted and we would not rent from Copley RV/American Dream Vacations again. The units are not inexpensive and I think the maintenance should be 1st rate.

Everything worked, and the American Dream Vacation Rentals team at Copely's RV in Hope Sound Florida did a great job making it all clear when we went in to walk through the agreement. We had the trailer for over two weeks, great experience. They even did the setup on the weight distribution hitch for us, which saved me about 45min of hassle. 10/10 will rent a travel trailer with them again before considering buying my own again!
