GBVery good at collecting premiums but… Very good at collecting premiums but politely worse than inadequate to deal with claims. Claim handler is never in office when called over 2 months. Even if you get someone not much gets done. Dragging the case as long as possible to find something wrong to avoid the claim. You need to push them to bring back anything back due to loss. My experience is still continuing with them but seriously go elsewhere and pay more for peace of mind and avoid them if you want insurance and not pain I know I will go elsewhere. No more £3K premium NIG.

GBAccident occurred in mid October Accident occurred in mid October. Vehicle deemed a write off and valued at just over 5k. Payment made and in bank 1 month later. Very happy with this outcome.

GBAVOID THIS COMANY AT ALL COSTST This company has absolutely no regard for its clients and drags the claim out without any good cause. I personally think that NIG knowing the insured company has no income due to the claim that they hope to bleed the company dry and hope the company closes down before they make any decision. Absolutely appalling treatment and I would advise anyone thinking of insuring to avoid at all costs, the worst insurance company I have ever been insured by

GBI have never had such a bad experience… I have never had such a bad experience trying to get hold of an insurance Company like this one. Phoned 3 times, waited nearly an hour each time only for the phone to overflow and be answered by someone who doesn't know about car insurance. I have a vehicle off the road, i just need a replacement courtesy vehicle to run my business effectively. This Company isn't helping whatsoever! Come on NIG pull your fingers out !
