Useless - hours of my life wasted trying to contact them Hit by a van insured by this company 4 weeks ago. Driver immediately accepted liability and claim started. They want to potentially write my car off, which needs an engineer to make a decision so a 3 week delay until there was someone available to call me to discuss. No contact made, so i tried to contact them via their customer service line. It says current wait time is 3-5mins, but i've called them multiple times today and yesterday and have been unable to get through. At the moment i'm over an hour into my latest call on hold. Their call back option doesn't work either. Absolutely abysmal.

I have nothing but praise for this… I have nothing but praise for this company who dealt with a recent insurance claim for me. The staff and loss adjusters they worked with were all second to none. Completely on the ball and fair. I dealt with 5 ladies in total on different dates and all were excellent.

Absolute horrendous company to deal… Absolute horrendous company to deal with, never do what they say they are going to, 30 minute wait on average to talk to someone if they don’t cut you off before then. Would never take out a policy with these cowboys again. Be aware before trusting this company with your valuables

AVOID THIS COMANY AT ALL COSTST This company has absolutely no regard for its clients and drags the claim out without any good cause. I personally think that NIG knowing the insured company has no income due to the claim that they hope to bleed the company dry and hope the company closes down before they make any decision. NIG Weasels out of Covid related Claims Disgusting company who has denied paying out business interruption claims by saying when the policy was written, Covid didn't exist. The Supreme Court just ruled that these claims should be paid out, but as NIG was not part of the list of insurers being taken to court by the FCA, their judgment did not apply to NIDG customers. Shameful. In a world where there is no shame left.
