GBUseless - hours of my life wasted trying to contact them Hit by a van insured by this company 4 weeks ago. Driver immediately accepted liability and claim started. They want to potentially write my car off, which needs an engineer to make a decision so a 3 week delay until there was someone available to call me to discuss. No contact made, so i tried to contact them via their customer service line. It says current wait time is 3-5mins, but i've called them multiple times today and yesterday and have been unable to get through. At the moment i'm over an hour into my latest call on hold. Their call back option doesn't work either. Absolutely abysmal.

GBNIG Weasels out of Covid related Claims Disgusting company who has denied paying out business interruption claims by saying when the policy was written, Covid didn't exist. The Supreme Court just ruled that these claims should be paid out, but as NIG was not part of the list of insurers being taken to court by the FCA, their judgment did not apply to NIDG customers. Shameful. In a world where there is no shame left.

GBDIABOLICAL Have tried to contact NIG Van insurance, I waited 50 minutes on the phone two days running, each time after the 50 minutes they cut me off. I have replied to two emails to NIG, not once had a reply. Can anyone suggest how legally we can remove this cheapskate company for selling insurance.

GBThis company is a disgrace I had my… This company is a disgrace I had my work van stolen . This company could not have been anymore unhelpful even sending allied universal a fraud company to investigate I find this shocking . Quite willing to take payments but when I need their help they turn to a pack of wolves I paid for replacement van on policy it was eventually organised after speaking with a very condescending individual I was told I'd be given a replacement for 60 days was told I'd be given a week after waiting for over a week I was contacted by enterprise inverness Airport only to be told night the underwriters had cancelled my booking I was shocked I'd recommend no one ever uses this company it was through dialdirect. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE
