I have nothing but praise for this… I have nothing but praise for this company who dealt with a recent insurance claim for me. The staff and loss adjusters they worked with were all second to none. Completely on the ball and fair. I dealt with 5 ladies in total on different dates and all were excellent.

DIABOLICAL Have tried to contact NIG Van insurance, I waited 50 minutes on the phone two days running, each time after the 50 minutes they cut me off. I have replied to two emails to NIG, not once had a reply. Can anyone suggest how legally we can remove this cheapskate company for selling insurance.

AVOID THIS COMANY AT ALL COSTST This company has absolutely no regard for its clients and drags the claim out without any good cause. I personally think that NIG knowing the insured company has no income due to the claim that they hope to bleed the company dry and hope the company closes down before they make any decision. Nothing but theifs Agreed to start a fleet cover for our vehicles, once they had taken two payments they cancelled our insurance, claiming the business wasn’t past the 2year old requirement. This was never asked before agreeing to the quote and we was never made aware that this was a requirement beforehand. I will be contacting the ombudsman and trading standards.

Paid for insurance in one payment, 2 month later they decided to cancel it without valid reason, and refunded 1/3 of the sum. Avoid avoid avoid....
