Representative that assisted me was awesome and very knowledgeable.... The process to get to my rep was tedious and frustrating. Was transferred around a few times and was annoyed by that. It took longer than expected, much longer.... They couldn't access my current policy info which I thought was odd and again annoying..... I don't fault the customer rep for this bit the process and tools available to there disposal, safe co needs to fix this.... Diane was extremely helpful, courteous, polite and very friendly. By the time I was done I felt better and she had an uphill battle. Hats off too her....

Proactive, knowledgeable, and excellent customer service Sarah at Homeinsurance made the process very easy. She made the contact with our mortgage broker directly so we didn't have to. She is arranging for the insurance paperwork to be at ready at our closing. And we've bundled our cars with the homeowner's insurance to save more. If we have any future issues there is 24/7 access to help and local adjusters to work with in person. 14318640

I was waiting on the phone to speak … I was waiting on the phone to speak with someone for 15 minutes. Once someone answered, they immediately put me on hold without asking me for another 5 minutes. When the phone rang again they answered and immediately hung up on me. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable for anyone providing service.

Saga home insurance Needed to renew our Saga Home Insurance been with them 6 years never claimed and they wanted to charge double the amount.What about rewarding loyalty.They did reduce it slightly but other insurances much cheaper so I cancelled and they have just.lost a loyal customer
