Your terrific staff Your terrific staff. Tine is terrific and so is Deric. I had a very complicated tax return that is not usually seen. Federal Direct has a great team from… Federal Direct has a great team from the CEO to customer service representatives, everyone I have encountered has been very helpful, courteous and just easy to work with. They work with you and your situation all across the board. My personal situation I was frustrated/a tad mad regarding a 1040X situation, after communicating with Joe, he explained why I was having the issue and provided the solution. Software upgrade was needed. They are an awesome team of tax professionals. I would recommend Federal Direct to other tax professionals looking to start their own tax business.

Services is great but market… Services of FDTS is great but market competition is making Federal Direct Expensive. To be us profitable and be able to grow, prices as tax prepare must come down; otherwise, we will die. We lost almost 70% of our customer and all due to the price. If tax payer pay cash, we control the cost of preparing the taxes; however, if tax payer wants their fee to be pulled from their tax return, now our fee is split 50% with Federal plus $25 for banking; now it s already too expensive.
