Federal Direct has a great team from… Federal Direct has a great team from the CEO to customer service representatives, everyone I have encountered has been very helpful, courteous and just easy to work with. They work with you and your situation all across the board. My personal situation I was frustrated/a tad mad regarding a 1040X situation, after communicating with Joe, he explained why I was having the issue and provided the solution. Software upgrade was needed. They are an awesome team of tax professionals. I would recommend Federal Direct to other tax professionals looking to start their own tax business.
