GBI would have done this years ago had I known it was this easy! Very nice representative, asked intelligent, relevant questions, was respectful of my time and needs, took care of business and didn't drag it out. What a great way to transfer an old 401K over! Super simple and easy. I would have done this years ago if I'd known of this support!

GBCapitalize made rolling over my 401k… Capitalize made rolling over my 401k very easy and they provided help along the way. I had a personal agent to guide me during the initial phone call and plenty of follow-up and email reminders until the process was complete. I received a final email stating my check had cleared and was now in my new 401k account. I was hesitant at first because I thought they might try to charge me a fee or not be as useful as they were, but there was no fee and they were very useful. I would recommend that anyone rolling over a 401k use Capitalize.

GBEasy Process and Wonderful Customer Service The whole process was so smooth and much easier than if I had tried to handle my rollover alone. I put my rollover off for quite a while because I thought the process would be a headache, but Travia was so helpful that I wish I had done it sooner! She gave me easy to understand explanations for each step of the process and even helped me to make sure I was moving my money to the right type of account.

GBAppreciate the patience! The rep called on time when it was scheduled. She was very patient and walked me through the steps making it a very smooth and pleasant experience. I was having a hard time logging into my account but she was understanding and even suggested an idea that the user name could be capitalized letters sensitive which helped. Highly recommend Capitalize.
