GBAppreciate the patience! The rep called on time when it was scheduled. She was very patient and walked me through the steps making it a very smooth and pleasant experience. I was having a hard time logging into my account but she was understanding and even suggested an idea that the user name could be capitalized letters sensitive which helped. GBSimple way to consolidate retirement My experience with this rollover was great! I was being charged fees with a prior employer 401K through Empower, so I am glad to have rolled it over now. I did do the one through ADP on my own however as they were unable to do it without scheduling a call.
