Very nice representative, asked intelligent, relevant questions, was respectful of my time and needs, took care of business and didn't drag it out. What a great way to transfer an old 401K over! Super simple and easy. I would have done this years ago if I'd known of this support!

GBEasy Process and Wonderful Customer Service The whole process was so smooth and much easier than if I had tried to handle my rollover alone. I put my rollover off for quite a while because I thought the process would be a headache, but Travia was so helpful that I wish I had done it sooner! She gave me easy to understand explanations for each step of the process and even helped me to make sure I was moving my money to the right type of account.

GBGreat customer service Capitalize followed up with my old company to release my 401-K funds. They then helped assist with rolling over to an IRA.
