GBFirst time used it to rollover my 401k… First time used it to rollover my 401k and it's awesome and smooth experience. Technical Support person Tom was great in helping and explaining steps and process is simple, communication is great. I would highly recommend it.

GBGREAT experience moving my 401k! I've been sitting on a 401k for over a decade - It was SO easy to move it over with Capitalize. Even when we hit a snag the team at Capitalize was on it immediately and helped push through - they took care of the really hard things like talking to the OTHER customer service teams. GBI’d been putting this process off for… I’d been putting this process off for no joke 10 years because it seemed so daunting to me. Capitalize made it so seamless and easy! They already knew the process for each of the 3 different banks I was rolling over from and handled it for me so I didn’t have to worry about screwing anything up. Highly recommend.

GBSimple way to consolidate retirement My experience with this rollover was great! I was being charged fees with a prior employer 401K through Empower, so I am glad to have rolled it over now. I did do the one through ADP on my own however as they were unable to do it without scheduling a call.
